May 27, 2018 - Buzzy Adams Wins Minnesota Modified Nationals
Kevin kicked off this past weekend with a Friday night trip to the newly named Gondik Law Speedway in Superior, Wi for their season opener. In the Modified, Kevin ran third and had a great run to finish fourth in the feature, while in the Midwest Modified, he ran 5th in the heat race and pulled off in the feature, not finishing. Saturday and Sunday was the big $10,000 to win Minnesota Modified Nationals at the Ogilvie Raceway in Ogilvie, MN. On Saturday night, Kevin ran fifth in his Modified heat race and then came home 9th in the feautre, while in the Midwest Modified, he placed 5th and 3rd in his two rounds of heat races, which set the lineups for Sunday night. Sunday, Kevin ran 2nd in the Midwest Modified b-main and then ran 14th in the talent-loaded Midwest Modified 50-lap feature. The story of the weekend was the Modified main event on Sunday night... After charging from the tail to finish 2nd in his heat race, Kevin took the lead early in the feature and thrilled the crowd with a lead-swapping performance with Dan Ebert during the late stages of the event. May 19, 2018 - Adams Wins in Modified at Red Cedar; Parks Midwest Mod in VL at Rice Lake
Buzzy ran both his Modified and Midwest Modified this past weekend on Friday at the Red Cedar Speedway in Menomonie, WI and on Saturday at the Rice Lake Speedway in Rice Lake, WI and came away with a pair of wins for his efforts. On Friday, Kevin started 6th and won his Midwest Modified heat race before charging from 8th to 2nd in the feature, coming home with a solid runner up finish. In the Modified, he also won his heat race after starting 3rd and then started on the front row for the feature and waged a great battle for the lead with Ashley Anderson for much of the event, pulling ahead and pulling away late for the victory.

Saturday night, Kevin swept the action in the Midwest Modified, winning his heat from third and winning the feature from outside of the front row and posted a pair of runner up finishes in the Modified, coming from 6th to 2nd in his heat race and from 4th to 2nd in the feature. The team will turn their attention to the $10,000 to win Minnesota Modified Nationals this coming weekend at the Ogilvie Raceway in Ogilvie, Minnesota.

May 12, 2018 - Adams Sweeps the Night in Modified at Rice Lake Speedway
Kevin was only in competition one night this past weekend, Saturday night at the Rice Lake Speedway in Rice Lake, WI. In the Midwest Modified, he raced from 4th to 2nd in his heat race and then after starting 7th in the main event, he did not finish, ending his run early. In the Modifieds, however, he won his heat race from the pole and then started 4th in the main event and ran off with the victory.

May 6, 2018 - Buzzy Adams Records Two-Win Weekend in Midwest Mod
Kevin got back into the swing of a three night weekend this past weekend and picked up a pair of victories along the way. Friday night, he unloaded at the Red Cedar Speedway in Menomonie, WI and after winning his Modified heat race, he was out front leading the main event only to have a mechanical malfunction end his potential victory. In the Midwest Modified, however, he ran third in his heat race, but then stormed from his 11th starting spot to pick up the feature win. Saturday night, at the Rice Lake Speedway in Rice Lake, WI, Kevin ran third in both the Modified heat race and feature event, but for the second night in a row, he raced to the Midwest Modified feature win, after coming home a solid second in his heat race earlier in the night. Sunday produced a pair of second place finishes at the Eagle Valley Speedway in Jim Falls, Wi. Kevin fell out of his Modified heat race, but rallied in the main to come home second. He won his Midwest Modified heat, and after leading early, ending up settling for second in the Midwest Modified feature event.
