Mechanical issues arise in USA Nationals at Cedar Lake

Kevin, fresh off his $5,555 feature win at the Duane Mahder Memorial last Saturday night, brought his #40 to the Cedar Lake Speedway on Friday night to enter the local portion of the USA Nationals. He started on the pole and ran away with a heat race victory before starting third in the feature and racing inside the top ten throughout the entire duration until he was forced to retire early with a mechanical issue.
