Buzzy third at Rice Lake; Blake finishes runner-up at Halvor Lines

Both Kevin and Blake were in action over the weekend with Kevin racing at Rice Lake on Saturday night and picking up a pair of third place finishes for his efforts in the heat race and feature event.

Blake raced in Superior on Friday, Rice Lake on Saturday and in Proctor on Sunday, steadily improving his feature finishes as the weekend went on.

Friday in Superior, he ran fourth in his heat race before starting 12th in the feature and crossing the finish line with a 14th place run.

Saturday, at Rice Lake, he won his heat race from the pole and then raced inside the top ten all feature long, finishing in 8th place and on Sunday night in Proctor, he raced from 8th up to 4th in his heat race before starting fifth in the night's feature race and charging up to record a second place finish for his efforts.
