Blake Adams collects victory at River Cities Speedway
Both Kevin and Blake made the trek to the River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, ND for the 18th annual John Seitz Memorial weekend and both drivers had speed during the three day event at the Bullring.
Kevin ran third on the opening night, but then was involved in a crash during the feature, ending his night, while Blake raced from 9th to 3rd in his heat, earning the pole for the feature and he was able to lead the majority of it, surviving a mid-race scare from Matt Schow, but then was able to race off to pick up the win on the opening night.
Friday, Kevin ran fourth in his heat, won the b-main and raced from 18th up to 5th to earn hard charger honors during the Big Al Delaine Memorial event, while Blake raced from 6th up to 2nd in his heat race, setting himself up with a front row starting spot for Saturday's feature.
Saturday night, Blake ran inside the top five all night long, crossing the finish line with a third place run to cap the weekend. Kevin raced from 7th up to 3rd in his heat race and then started 8th and finished 7th in the weekend finale.
